Genevieve then took over and listened to all of our (wrong) guesses at what the coffees were, then gave us the final revelation for each coffee. Considering that Genevieve is formerly a professional wine taster, now a professional coffee cupper, and also a confirmed supertaster, I'm not too ashamed that I couldn't taste any of the various nuances she mentioned in regard to these coffees.
The coffees we cupped here were a Nicaragua Wiwili "La Providencia", a Sulawesi, and a "RSW" Jamaica Blue Mountain Estate.
